High-tech cloud, classic import, or bidirectional data exchange in real-time: the RESTful API is your bridge to third-party systems such as web shops, CMS tools, or individual apps. When it comes to robust mass data exchange, you have access to proven file interfaces like CSV, XML, or Excel. Update master material data from suppliers, export bills of materials for manufacturing, or synchronise contacts with your telephony software (CTI).

Material interface

When you maintain article data automatically, it offers you more than just time savings and error avoidance. Because now you have a direct line to the supplier, one that pays off. Initially, you access your suppliers' catalogues directly via interfaces like ComNorm or Ligmendo. In no time at all, you can import current prices, article descriptions, and images into your quote. This allows you to calculate more precisely and ensures price certainty. And: With Triviso ERP, you can place orders directly in the supplier's webshop, for a faster project start.

Design interface (CAD)

From the 3D model directly into the calculation.

Close the gap between drawing and calculating. Our CAD interfaces to programmes such as Vectorworks or Pytha read parts lists and material data directly from your design. The data ends up in Triviso, prepared for ordering, costing and work preparation. Changes to the drawing update the order on request. This saves hours in AVOR and prevents costly transmission errors.

Document interface

Open to your specialist tools.

Do you use specialised industry solutions or configurators? Triviso ERP is open for the perfect connections: Use the document interface to import texts, images and items from third-party systems directly into your quotation or order confirmation. This allows you to combine the strength of specialised tools with the commercial security of Triviso. An end-to-end workflow without copy-paste errors.

CAD integration (design & construction)

Creativity in CAD, efficiency in ERP. Combine the two seamlessly: Triviso maintains close partnerships with leading CAD providers such as PointLine, Vectorworks, CAD+T, Pytha, Imos and others. Thanks to intelligent interfaces, you can now import structured parts lists. Directly into your quotation or order! Items, dimensions and materials are automatically recognised and matched. This completely eliminates transfer errors and massively speeds up the process from the 3D model to the finished calculation. Draw what you want and calculate in Triviso. So that both are worthwhile.

Window construction software (specialisation)

Window construction and ERP: The perfect interplay.

The physical and technical requirements of window construction demand specialists. That's why Triviso integrates industry professionals. You receive powerful interfaces to established window construction solutions such as Klaes, 3E, ProLogic, or Cantor. Technical design, U-value calculation, and detailed construction are handled within the expert tool, while Triviso takes care of the commercial processing for you. The ERP imports the finished window items including graphics and prices. For automatic quotes, invoices, or post-calculation. This allows you to leverage technical depth and commercial foresight. In a seamless process.

Interface for exporting blanks

Controlling machines. From the office.

Triviso ERP supplies the data for your panel-sizing saw. Optimised cutting lists are exported directly to the machine control systems, such as Schnitt Profi(t), Ardis, or Cadmatic. Information for label printing, edge sequence, and material type is included. This allows you to control your high-tech machines directly from the office, minimise waste, and ensure that exactly what was sold is produced in the workshop.

Outlook 365 integration

Mail for everyone instead of mailbox search.

Connect your communication centre with Triviso ERP. Thanks to the deep Outlook 365 integration, you can save emails directly in the corresponding project with a click. Appointments from resource planning appear immediately in your employees„ Outlook calendars. Contacts are synchronised bidirectionally. This puts an end to “searching in mailboxes" - all project-related information is visible to the entire team, regardless of who wrote or received the email.

GAEB interface

Mandatory programme for tenders perfectly solved.

GAEB is indispensable for trade and construction in Germany and South Tyrol. Triviso ERP integrates this standard seamlessly into your workflow so that you can participate in every public tender. Import bills of quantities (BOS) from architects and authorities in the common GAEB 90, 2000 and XML formats. Calculate your unit prices precisely in the ERP and return the quotation in accordance with DA84 standards. You fulfil every requirement digitally, securely and without media discontinuity.

SIA 451

To speak the language of architects.

SIA 451 is the defining standard for public tenders and collaboration with architects. Triviso ERP masters the ifA18 standard perfectly. Import service specifications (NPK), calculate your prices conveniently in the ERP and export the quotation back in accordance with the standard. No typing, no formatting errors. This allows you to take part in lucrative tenders and exchange data professionally.

Interface FatturaPA (Italy)

E-Invoicing Italy: Dispatch & Reception Fully Automated.

The complete digital invoice process with Italy is now simple for you. Triviso ERP connects you directly to the government's SDI (Sistema di Interscambio), and vice versa, of course. Create invoices in the ERP; the system converts them and sends them legally compliant as XML to your customers. Incoming invoices from your Italian suppliers are imported directly. Here, Triviso ERP automatically reads the XML data, stores the document audit-proof, and prepares the booking. This means for you: 100% compliance and zero manual data entry effort on both sides.

Interfaces to DATEV/ infonica/Abacus

Faster month-end closing, lower accounting costs.

Germany uses DATEV, in Switzerland infonica and Abacus are common. With Triviso ERP, you can speak these languages fluently. The right interface makes collaboration with your tax advisor more efficient than ever before. Now you can export accounting batches, invoices and cash books digitally and in the correct format directly to your tax consultant. VSSM / Prokalk Integration

Triviso ERP offers you direct access to the VSSM Prokalk database, the standard work for Swiss carpentry costing. Use over 16,000 pre-calculated articles and variants based on real post-calculations and current production rates. You start immediately with verified target times and material prices. And all items are intelligent and parametric: if you change the dimensions or design, the time and price are automatically adjusted.
