Swiss Payment Transactions (QR-Bill)

With Triviso ERP, you'll master the handling of QR invoices perfectly and bidirectionally. For outgoing invoices, you'll automatically generate the QR payment slip on each invoice. Thanks to the integrated QR reference, incoming payments from the bank will be automatically reconciled and assigned to open items. For incoming invoices, the tedious and error-prone typing of 27-digit reference numbers is a thing of the past. Finally! You can now import your suppliers' QR invoices via scanner, app, or drag & drop. The system immediately recognises the creditor, amount, and IBAN, books the document, and prepares the payment in ISO 20022 format (pain.001).

OB-compliant billing

Securely invoicing public contracts in Germany.

Anyone building for the public sector needs to master the rules of the VOB (Part B). Triviso automates complex VOB accounting for you. Create cumulative interim invoices at the touch of a button: The system continues the construction work, automatically deducts payments made, and correctly displays VAT. Retention sums and warranty bonds are also automatically taken into account and managed. This enables you to create auditable final invoices, avoid invoice reductions by building authorities, and secure your liquidity.
